If you're wanting a bit more flexibility, whether its dates or subscription size, this subscription is for you. New this year, we are trialing a Flexible Flower Bundle. Logistically, it operates the same as all our other subscriptions, with pickups on Wednesdays. The main difference is that YOU initiate your pickup weeks by emailing us no later than the Monday before pickup day that you want to pickup your flowers. You get to pick your flower weeks, however you will also be responsible for ensuring all bundles are picked up within the growing season - we will not provide refunds for any bundles not picked up by the end of September. This subscription will operate like a punchcard, and you can select what weeks you pick up flowers from us. Please note this subscription is being piloted as a limited trial for the first time EVER, and as such may come with a few hiccups along the way. Because this format is new, we are highly limiting this subscription compared to others to ensure a smooth season.
A Standard bundle will create either one very large arrangement/bouquet or two smaller arrangements. A Deluxe bundle will create around two large bouquet or arrangements, or several smaller designs. It is up to you how you want to use your flowers each week. The Deluxe size is perfect for splitting between two people or families.
Pricing and Sizes
Standard Size: A minimum* of 25 stems of mixed flowers and foliage. Bundles are $35 a bundle. 3-4 varieties per bundle.
Deluxe Size: A minimum* of 40+ stems of mixed flowers and foliage. Bundles are ~$48 a bundle. 5-6 varieties per bundle.
We operate on a CSA model, meaning we commit to the minimum size when you commit to us for the season. When we have a spectacular crop, we will share the wealth with our subscribers.
When to Pickup: Wednesdays - you can either pre-select a bunch of weeks to pickup, or email us by the Monday preceding a subscription week. Please note that some weeks of the season are "off weeks" due to vacation or other commitments - we will communicate those unavailable weeks closer to the growing season.
Where: Pickup is between 5-5:30pm in the Set 'em Up Jacks parking lot in Lawrence or porch pickup at our farm at 1124 E 2000 Rd, Eudora, KS, between 4-6pm. Please select your default pickup location when ordering - we can change during the season.
*Please note pickup weeks are subject to change to accommodate for personal emergencies, illness, or weather-related events. In the event you need to change your pickup date, we will send instructions on how to do so closer to the growing season.

Closer to the start of the 2026 season, we will email you information on pickup logistics and subscription details. All communication about your subscription occurs via email, so please be on the lookout for emails from fernsfarmette@gmail.com. If you are unable to pick up your flowers on the date or at the time specified, please reach out to make alternative arrangements, such as gifting your flowers for someone else to pick up.
Due to the size of our subscription program, we do not provide alternative pickup days of the week (e.g., Tuesdays), times, locations, or delivery options. Please note that some flowers (e.g., foxglove) are considered toxic to people or animals, and flowers are not intended for human or animal consumption; we are not responsible in the case of adverse events due to inappropriate product consumption.
